While everyone was focusing on Bonds and Clemens, Dana Stubblefield formerly of the 49ers and the Raiders was charged with perjury for lying to the grand jury (he soon after tested positive for the Clear). He decided to do a plea bargain and will be sentenced to 6 months. If he didn't do the plea bargain, perjury carries a maximum 5 years.
I'm not sure how much time Jones got for the actual perjury part of her conviction.
Will this set the standard for the future cases (Bonds, Palmeiro, and Tejada, thus far)?
