Anyone see these two books. I gotta say the one for boys looks a lot cooler. I put it on my WL its full of things like how to build a tree house how to build a fort just a really nifty book.

I've flicked through all the books (even the dog one).

I just LOVE the fact it is really going back to times when children could entertain themselves and not video games.

You can be sure my nephews and niece will be getting copies of these books.

I happily read through and mentally ticked off each one I knew about or had done..LOL Really great book for mothers and daughters to talk over.

We bought the boy and girl books for one of our branch libraries.  I looked through them when they came in, and thought they looked fantastic!  I agree, Pam...back to a time when children could entertain themselves!

I bought both of these for my two boys -- the girl one has good stuff in it to -- not just for girls.

I bought the book for girls for my neice for Christmas, and I'll get one for my granddaughter for her birthday.  Kids love to know how to do things.

This book is extremely popular among my 7y.o. son and his friends.  I asked him what he was reading about in it today, and he told me he was reading about World War I.  He was also extremely interested in the section about building a workbench!

I bought my husband The Dangerous Book for Boys for Christmas. He loves it and is always thumbing through it. A few days ago, while he was at work, I browsed it and found that it does have some interesting tidbits. Good stuff!

My boys got Dangerous Book for Christmas and they love it! I am going to get one for my nephew for his b-day in April along with some "supplies" to go along with it, like a flashlight, some rope, etc.
