Not nearly as good as her first book, which I loved. This one just didn't have the sparkle of the first, it was rather tiresome listening to all their moaning and groaning (and not necessarily in a sexual way - though there was plenty of that as well!) about life now with the children and Darcy's constant one track mind! You're better off without this sequel if you loved the first.

It is extremely sexual, in-so-much that it borders on pornography.
I got it for my daughter and she came back o me about five minutes later say that she couldn't read such a disgusting book...
It came so highly recommended by trusted adults, that I didn't even preview it first...

A good read...but not for Austen purists.

Nowhere near as good as the first sequel, this book is extremely repetitive. Expect to hear recaps of practically everything that happened in Mr. Darcy Takes A Wife. Since I read these back to back this was irritating.
The story jumps around a lot between different characters' points of view, but not always chronologically. This makes the story muddled and sometimes confusing.
I still loved the beautiful prose and of course hearing more about the Darcys (except for some of the ridiculous romantic scenes) and their extended circle.
