A thriller about government power run amok and a man and woman on the run from the madman who wields that power. Unrelenting excitement, memorable characters and food for thought.

I think this is one of Dean Koontz's BEST books! I learned a lot, he did some serious research in writing this one! I've read it at least three times! GREAT read!
