I need to talk to someone who's read it!  I was so excited about a mention of another author's character in it that I can't see straight! LOL

I loved it too, but felt a little cheated by the ending even though I know she can't end the series here. I was a bit disappointed in Gwen going soft after she found her strength. I am DYING for the Paris book and actually, I'm super intrigued by Aeron now and never really was previously. I do love the intro to the IAD character! So spill! What did you like? Hate?

I haven't read it but I'm really enjoying this series, I started book one yesterday and finished it today and now I'm reading book two. I'm number 490 for DW so I'm probably going to have to break down and buy it.

SPOILER!! DON'T READ ANY FURTHER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW!!

Ok, I'm pretty sure it was Nix that Torin saw on the monitor displaying Budaphest!  She's my favorite IAD character and I was really hoping Kresley would write a book just on her but if those two are going to hook up, will it be in an anthology? or one of the series? Which series? Curiosity is killing me! lol

Yes, I think the book was wrapped up a little too quickly, like she just needed to hurry up and end it.  But I love Gena and forgive her. : ) lol

I find myself more intrigued with Gideon (outside of the whole Torin/Nix situation) than Aeron but Aeron's story is next and then Gideon's so I'll just have to wait! I'm dissapointed the anthology with The Darkest Angel is about Bianka and some angel assasin but I'm sure I'll still enjoy it just the same. Just wish it was Torin and Nix!  But then, maybe they're getting a whole book...? lol  This is going to drive me nuts... nucking futz., LMAO

LOL  It's Gena Showalter's latest Lords of the Underworld book.  Very good series!  And Nix is in Kresley Coles Immortal's After Dark series.

Why does Walmart get these before Amazon?  It's killing me to know you guys have this read already!  :)

I'm afraid my Walmart doesn't have a very good book section--wonder if it differs depending on the part of the country you're in.

I have never found a hardcover releashed before it's scheduled date at Wal-Mart.

Paperback new releases though...my Wal-Mart sometimes puts them out up to 3 weeks early.  More commonly it's a week to 10 days.
