This book is not only sexy, it is hysterical. Love & ghosts. Shelby & Boston are a great match up. Throw in her ex & ghosts and you have another great McCarthy book. I can't get enough of her books. They just get better & better.

Love me a book where I am smiling for the first 40 pages! Erin McCarthy has her quirky way with a cute story of an uptight city slicker plopped into a down home small town. The haunted house he is renting is the least of his problems because Shelby has come alive with passion, finally! Another satisfying and fun read! 4 stars

I just finished this book and leaves me wanting more from Cuttersville! I love how the hauntings push and prod the characters together in spite of themselves. This was a great weekend read when I wasn't feeling well. The book is sexy and funny. Enjoy!

Great romance. A ghost story. Overall lots of fun. Very hard to put down. Some steamy scenes.

The perfect contemporary romance. The first few pages, I laughed so hard tears were running down my face! Then 150 pages later it gets wonderfully steamy. Adorable characters, small town setting, with a few ghosts thrown in. What more could you want?

This is the story of Shelby Tucker, country girl, who meets Boston Macnamara, city boy. They fall in love, experience some ghostly beings and then must decide whether or not love is worth compromise. Cute, but definitely "fluffy," with some typical McCarthy sensuality. Quick read.

cute contemporary romance

Shelby has chosen a life of simplicity in a small town and the only income she can drum up is creating a haunted house for the surrounding locals to tour. Problem is on one tour a real ghost turns up in one of the bedrooms for all the tour to see. After that her life was never the same and the tour business grew expotentially as well as the problems with the ghost/no real ghost...delightful read.

Wasn't my cup of tea. More like a harlequin in softcover format. But fun and light, certainly.

I was a bit skeptical of the description of this romance, but it sounded too cute to pass up. Its light-hearted "hauntings" make the perfect back-drop for a mismatched couple... sweet and sassy brain candy!
