Belva Plain is an excellent author but I found myself skipping sections because I could not get into it at first. By time I did get into it was about half way through and then it held my attention to the end of the book.
I liked the book. It could be true as it is similiar to many stories.
This is a very good story. One of Belva Plain's best.
