Attempts to be even-handed, but it's still too soon after his presidency for me to stand reading about him.

An interesting look inside the Bush Whitehouse

Beautiful book for you or gift.

This is an ambitious look at political narrative. We look at Bush from inside the White House. The author had 5 : 1 on1 sessions with Laura Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfield, Condi Rice, Karl Rove and 200 others. Bush is rude and contemptuous to his staff when they do not agree with him, particularly Colin Powell. Bush loyalists and a growing number of detractors will find this an interesting read. The character of the candidate is examined in the 2000 primary. Personally, I do not believe George W. Bush has any character. I think this is an accurate portrayal of him. But read the book and decide foe yourself.
