This 2nd book of the series picks up immediately where the first left off. It begins with a little less intensity than the first and answers many of the questions of what transpired 30 years ago. It deals with the personal side of the characters more, as well. There are some unexpected twists and the intensity builds throughout. Yikes! Really anxious to read the final book!

I have to say I really enjoyed this book more than the first one. It seemed to have a faster pace and filled in the blanks from the first one about the town's history. I can't wait to read the conclusion.

Yeeks! Another exciting book! I enjoyed this one more than the first - by quite a bit, actually. It had a much faster pace, and though more of the background story was filled in, there weren't nearly as many redundancies in this one was there was the first. I can't wait to read the conclusion to this trilogy!
I really enjoyed this book as his characters are well developed and the scares come regularly along. Some editing could have benefitted parts of the book but all in all I liked it. HOWEVER not to give anything away but after you read it you will think, I bet he wanted to write a bigger book, but they wouldnt let him. So thats why I have to read Bad Moon Rising the last book in the trilogy.
