Search - Deadly Promises: Just Bad Enough / Leave No Trace / Unstoppable

Great combination of special ops stories. All three stories are a lot of fun with lots of action.

Just Bad Enough by Sherrilyn Kenyon and Dianna Love: This is based on the BAD agency series but this story works well as a stand alone. It is a very sweet story. CeCe is not the smartest tool in the shed when it comes to people but it was still good read.

Leave No Trace by Cindy Gerard: I actually liked this story the most. It is part of the mercenary series and it's helpful to have read the books just so you have a background on the side characters and where Cav stands. Cav is in one of the books that I can remember, maybe more. Cav is on a mission to rescue a buddy's childhood friend/sweetheart, Carrie. She has been wrongfully arrested in Myanmar and has been sent to a labor camp. I just love Carrie who isn't the kick-butt kind of girl but so tough and resilient. The chemistry between Cav and Carrie is great and the action is nonstop.

Unstoppable by Laura Griffin: I haven't read anything by her before and according to the book she is new. This has less action than the other stories. The scenes do not flow as smoothly except the love scenes were pretty well written.

Overall worth the read.

Good stories by several authors. Cindy Gerard is one of my favorites.

did not like. plain romance with little plot is just not my cup o' tea.
