Excellent book. Written to be understood very easily. Many examples used throughout the book for clarification of teaching. I recommend this book highly for anyone dealing with "office politics" type issues with others.

This was my survival manual for one particularly stressful job. Describes various personalities, why they act the way they do, and offers ways to deal with them.

A MUST on how to deal with the folks who make you the most annoyed. It really works, giving hints on first how to determine the type of the person you are dealing with, and then the way to disarm them using techniques that work!
