Looking for books in the following series

Lemony Snicket 

Artemis Fowl 

Also looking for book deals on these authors:

Andy Griffiths

Dav Pilkey

Larry Niven

AND also looking for book deals on any curriculum books, etc for grades 3 & 4 (more interested in grade 4)
