Have any other adults read even one book in this series and enjoyed it? I hang out after work waiting for my ride most nights so I generally meander over to the book section(unless I take a book with me which is most of the time). The other night I happened to pick up what I think is book #6 and OMG it had me rolling. I was almost ashamed that I found it as funny as I did since I'm 25 and I believe they're geared toward the 6-10 range. Please tell me I'm not alone!

I think they are geared for slightly older than that. The middle schoolers I teach (12-15) read it and love it.

They are hilarious!  I do AR reading with the 3rd graders, and that's where I learned about them.  They crack me up.

If you like those, you will probably like the Diary of a Wimpy Kid series too.
