I know this is a wishlisted book. I inadvertantly made my copy unpostable <sigh> by putting a small slit in the top of three pages while trying to get through a LOT of tape. The slit is very small--probably 1/4 inch, and is at the top of the page---not near text. Let me know if you'd be interested.
