This is a Jane Bee mystery. Setting is the British Royal family. Jane & her mistress THE QUEEN solve a murder. This will hook you into reading all the Jane Bee mystery books.

One of the best mysteries I have read.Jane Bee, house maid to the queen accompanys the royals to Sandringham for the holidays. Expecting a quiet time she instead finds herself engrosed in a murder mystery involving who?---The Royals or their house guests.Fiction at its best.

In the 2nd book of the series, Jane Bee finds herself once again face to face with a murder. Though police seem to think the local animal rights activists are suspicious, Jane and Her Majesty, the Queen, have a hunch someone in their midst may be to blame. A fun, light read.

This is book two, taking place over the holidays at Sandringham House. A local is killed but not in Sandringham House, and as a result, the Queen is less involved this time around, compared to the first story. I hope the third, and from what I understand, the final story in this series, brings the Queen back around to a more prominent role.

This is a very fun series.
