Cobbs Landing is being turned into a tourist attraction. They are becoming the Colonial Village they once were in the past. Peggy Turner the towns mayor is happy at first because the town is in debt. However things start happening that aren't in the pans. Murder most foul has been done and in a manner from the past. It is one thing to portray the town as a Colonial Village, but some things are best left to the past. Mentions of witchcraft are sprinkled in when strange things start happening. This was a very enjoyable read and I couldn't put it down until the end.

I thought this was a cute mystery, surrounding a small town and two best friends. Of course, the best friends get roped into solving the murder of one of their high school classmates and pretty soon, some of the town residents are suspect. I'm on waitlist for the second book and can't wait to read it.
