Let's fight the Christmas Cookie Bulge!!

Dec. 1 - lifted weights and 30 minute walk with Dog

Dec. 2 - 60 minute walk with Dog

Dec. 3 - 45 minute walk with Dog

Dec. 5 - lifted weights

Dec. 6 - 40 minute walk with Dog

Dec. 8 - 35 minute walk with Dog

Dec. 12 - 35 minute walk with Dog

Dec. 17 - 24 - a long walk with my daughter while on vacation, swimming and a walk on the beach (and an outlet mall) -- did not burn more then I ate -- on well.

Dec. 25 - 45 minute walk / job with Dog and daughter

Dec. 26 - lifted weights and 35 minute walk with Dog and daughter

Dec. 27 - Jillian Michaels kettle bell dvd , 15 minute walk with Dog

Dec. 28 - 20 minute walk with Dog

Dec. 29 - Bob (biggest loser) lower body and balance 25 min DVD - 15 minute walk with Dog

Dec. 30 - Bob (biggest loser) 62 minute Cardio dvd

Dec. 31 - lifted weights, 35 minute walk with Dog

Done for 2011!!!!

Hey Stephanie ;

You are so good.  I'm hoping to get back into the swing when I go on vacation at the end of December.  Keep up the good work.  Angela

Hi, Stephenie,

my daughter said you were still on here.  Good for you!  I am hopefully back to join you.  Just started last week walking with leslie samone again!

Dec  2- 2 mile walk with resistant band                                                     puttng down Nov for my own incentive

Dec 3 - 2 mile walk with resistand band                                               NOv 26-  1 mile walk

Dec 4- 2 mile walk                                                                                 nov 27- 1 mile walk

Dec 5- no excercise                                                                                now 28- 1 mile walk 

Dec 6: no excercise                                                                               nov 29- 1 mile walk

Dec 7 no excercise                                                                                nov 30-1 mile walk

Dec 8  no excercise

Dec9  3 miles with leslie

Dec 10  1 mile due to lack of time LOL

Dec 11 2 mile walk with resisitance

Dec 12 No excercise, slept late, phone rang and a talker on the other end. LOL

Dec 13  did 1 mile  have a cold and just  couldn't do any more  just my luck to get started and get sick

Dec 14 no excercise

Dec 15 no excercise  cold in full swing

Dec 16 no excercise

Dec 17  no excercise

Dec 18 1 mile walk cold a little better

Dec 19 1 mile

Dec 20 no excercise

Dec 21 no excercise

Dec 22 no excercise

Dec 23 1 mile cold getting better took a turn backwards for awhile LOL

Dec 24 1 mile

Dec 25 Merry Christmas no excercise

Dec 26 No excercise  I slept all day after working I guess I was exhausted with the holidays and still lingering cold

Leola - good for you. It helps me to write it down. Makes me hold myself accountable. That being said - I had a 7 a.m. meeting, one of those days were things ran over and got no lunch. I have a 7:30 p.m. meeting. Can't wait for my jammies later!!!!

Your so right.  writing it down does help keep us accountable and gives me the incentive to get up and just do it!   I am doing a lot of  scarf making for gifts for my friends gandkids so am going to spend this day off sitting and working on them.  A relaxing day for me.  have the excercise out of the way already. LOL
