I had to decline my first wishlist book this morning.  I really hate doing that.  Another version got posted to my wishlist last week and I am just waiting for it to get here so I did not delete the other versions just in case.  But I definitely did not want two of the book.  Would you send a PM to the person you had to decline or not worry about it?  It is a book that has a good size wishlist, so I am sure they will have a taker on it.

Thanks in advance.....

I wouldn't give it a second thought, especially since there's a good size list on it.  It will just go to the next person.  There are all kinds of reasons to decline a wish list book. And since it *does* have a long list, it's reasonable to assume that not everyone is going to wait a long time for a book.  Some folks will have found the book some other place, too, and just not taken it off the list.

I think what "gets" people is when it just sits there for two days without any action.

alright, thanks so much.  I still feel a little bad, but it was posted last night and I got to the request right away this morning.

Tricia, I just had the same thing happen...for the 2nd time since I joined PBS.  Like you, I felt bad but at least I cancelled the request pretty soon after it was offered.
