Funny story about a naive lady who wants to be a good wife, and how she meets her true love in a man who never had a home.

This story is a real hoot. You'll actually laugh out loud, so be mindful of where you are when reading.

This is the first book I read by Lynsay Sands and I was hooked from the first page. Well written and funny as all get out! You can't help but fall in love with these characters. Ms Sands keeps it fast paced and funny, a must read for all.

Fabulous book! Full of humor and banter between the characters. I loved it!
I loved it, Lynsay Sands is one of my favorite writers, her books have just the right amount of humor and romance in them.
The Deed is a fantastic read. It delivers a funny, heartwarming story. This is the third Lynsay Sands book that I have read, and I really like here writing. It’s witty and she tells a darn good story. Anyways, my only problem with the story, which are not major ones, are this: The heroine is a bit naïve and borders on TSTL (Too Stupid to Live) but Lindsey Sands manages to escape me classifying her as such. Also, Amaury, the hero, was not the brightest hero, but you still grow to like him. I could picture him saying next, “Me Tarzan, You Jane”. I can definitely recommend that you put this book on your TBR list and I look forward to reading some more books by LS.
I'm not a fan of Medieval romances, but I liked this one. Also read the sequels "The Key" & "The Chase", about the same family.
the plot left a lot to be desired could have been a good book but there wrer many twists that I felt the author did not fully explain
