Search - Off the Deep End

I found the author incredibly selfish and self-centered. I don't know how his family put up with him. The incessant use of footnotes (some half a page long) really distracted from the story. Unless you're a hard-core swimmer and looking for names you recognize it's not much of an engaging story.
