1/4 bottle - worcesterire sauce
6 to 10 pieces - bacon
about 3 tblsp - ketchup
about 2 tblsp - mustard
put deer roast in baking pan.
pour over top of deer roast worceshire sauce
lay the bacon strips on top of the roast - can sort of wrap them around it
squirt the ketchup and mustard over that (yes on top of the deer)
cover with foil- (be sure to cover with foil so it stays moist.)
cook 350 over about 4 to 5 hours depending on the size of roast
