Great advice for twenty-somethings looking for a beyond the cubicle experience, whether within the U.S., abroad, in nature. Gives advice on working abroad, finding internships, travel programs etc as well as guidance on how to rationalize said "delay" to one's self, parental units and peers.
This book is perfect for any young person who wants to travel but feels as though he or she cannot afford it. Kinder offers several different avenues for travelling abroad: working, volunteering, securing an internship, or paying your own way to go. She doesn't sugar coat anything, which is great. A warning, some of the sites she has listed have changed, so be sure to do your research. All told, Kinder has amassed a great deal of interesting resources so you have a lot of options laid out for you.
