Your profile says you've mailed only 5 books....did you purchase all of these extra credits?   Just curious.

no I transferred them from my swapadvd account.  i send out a lot of box sets and I get alot of credits from there.

and also this PBS account is new for me, but I have been a member of PBS for about 2 years now (maybe longer) I had to cancel my other PBS account due to harrassment from someone on the site.  I had sent out about 150 books on that old account
