Lisa - this is a WL book so you can't ask for it in the Book Bazaar. I would recommend getting back in the WL line and adding a Requester Condition that states you only want the cover shown in the image and that it be in good condition. That way if the poster doesn't have that version of the book, you just get turned down and you get to maintain your spot in the WL line until you get the cover you want. If the wrong one is sent, you can mark it RWP-Didn't meet RCs, and get your spot back in the line.

Lisa, Im sorry you got a "bad book" but unless you have a RC stating you only want the cover shown, it is not a requirement for the book to have the same cover image as what is shown on site. As long as the ISBN and the binding (pb, hc) match the isbn, it is perfectly okay and completely legit to send and receive books with a different cover image. Im not sure if the condition of the book itself (unpostable, etc) is what is upsetting you, but if the book was in posting guidelines, just having a different cover does not make it RWAP, or something PBS will interfere in.. Unless you had RC in place, of course.

Im sorry you had a bad dealing, hope you find the book in the cover, condition, you are hoping to find. Take care.
