Any and everyone that deals with customers will find a nugget in this book. In the office setting, remembering that those one serves are the customers (and reason for your job), there were jewels to apply. As an independent for an international DSA for women's products, I found great tips and made notes for reminders. Great comeback examples and polite "don't do this" examples.
