I am new here and recently sent out 5 books to members. I printed the postage with PBS Postage. All of the books I have sent out have the little truck moving on the marker map to it's destination except for one. This particular truck has stayed in the same location for days now...which is the city I live in.

Should I be worried this book doesn't appear to be moving away from here? It hasn't come back to me for insufficient postage, which it should have by now if there wasn't enough postage.

sometimes there are glitches in the system or maybe that book hasn't left the post office yet. I wouldn't be too worried about it.

Hey Brook

Just so you know, the little truck on the map is just a guesstimate and it isn't the true indication of where your packages are.  If you click on the details tap you can see if there have been any delivery confirmation barcode scans and that will give you a better idea of what's up.

Thanks for the replies. I realize the truck isn't the exact location of the book and I have checked the details tab as well and the only thing listed is that the electronic shipping Info was received almost a week ago. There is no other information. All of my other books went to the same city to be distributed and one book is even on the other side of the country now.

Also remember that DC is delivery confirmation.  The PO doesn't have to scan until it is delivered.  It's nice to know where in transit it is, but that doensn't always happen.  :-)

Ah, ok. I won't start to worry again for at least another week.  Haha!

Thanks everybody!
