(hope no minds but i got a question

a few weeks ago I sent my backpack to repair and went to the post office and sent it priority mail with a delivery confirmation

yes it was delivered

but the delivery carrier never scanned that the package was delivered

so I was wonder if  i can get my 75cents back from the post office

I still have the delivery confirmation and receipt

Sorry Mark, I don't know the answer to your question. You can call 1-800-ASK-USPS about this.

Just FYI for your future mailings, if you purchase priority mail postage online (either through usps.com or something like paypal shipping) the DC is free.

You also get a discounted rate if you purchase Priority Mail postage through the usps website.

You need to fill out form ps3533 for a refund.  It is available at usps.com.

yes they can do a "service not rendered" refund for the 70 cents. The postage will not be refunded
