I was sent electronic DC info for a book.  when I put it into the USPS website, I got this:  "Delivery status information is not available for your item via this web site.  A return receipt after mailing may be available through your local Post Office."  What the heck is that all about?

If it was PBS DC/tracking, information for those is only available through the PBS website; not usps.com.

How do I do that?

Go to your Books Enroute to Me tab and click the Details button next to the book. If this is from a game, the sender had to use Mail to a Friend and you may not be able to see it.

it's not from a game, it's a regular request.  but the details tab DID have the info, thank you so much you two.  whi is it that the PO no longer tracks it??
