An absolute classic, lays it out very well. Deming can get a little math-heavy for some people, and Walton did a good job of keeping it accessible. If you've taken college level classes based on Deming this will be a rehash for you, but if you haven't, it's really worthwhile. Especially for industrial/manufacturing settings, every manager and supervisor (and anyone who aspires to go up the ladder) MUST have a good grasp of these concepts. Even if your company doesn't directly use Deming, what they are using is likely derived from Deming's work!
