This is an excellent book that gives much more information on the whys and it's tremendously helpful.
The author says ther are "millions of persons in this country affected by the diseases of addictions and co-dependence and these diseases are reaching epidemic proportions...producing early death and unhappy, destructive, and sestroyed persons.
