Wonderful book that discribes the thinking of many people who explore life without school, or the problems with our societies thinking on school in general, and why we need to rethink how we and our kids learn. My copy will stay in my book pile until I can pass it on to my kids who are raised without school.

A classic. I recommend it for unschoolers, for beginners, for experienced homeschoolers who feel they're in a rut & need some inspiration. Absolutely marvelous book!!!
