This story meandered a bit in the beginning....with pretty spicy erotica but unconvincing characters...then morphed into an interesting paranormal story about halfway through.

This book was actually not bad. I thought it was about the basic story, slave girl gets purchased and becomes the master's beloved and blah, blah. However it was interesting in the beginning and toward the middle it became really interesting. I won't give the story away but it was suprising and a good suprising. Not bad, this is the first book from this author and I will not be the last.
