(Forgive the duplicate posting but I know many don't venture into the land of CMT.)

Here's the story:

Our finances are tight and classes start in three weeks.

It is auto requested on my wish list.  If you know someone who knows someone who has this book, I'd be much obliged if you could post it to me.
