LOVE IT, House of Night series is getting far more action and more twists and turns. Finally Zoey has Heath back into her life only hes the gift Darkness created. Aurox isn't purposed to feel anything unless its evil he can feed off of, until he is around Zoey and he is starting to feel her emotions and its making him feel for her, even through Neferet might use those feeling to bring down Zoey. I read all and its just getting way better. Who know Kalona is starting to do the right things. Its sad Dragon Lankford has to be killed for a death spell so Zoey knows how her mother was murdered, but he is happy when he meets Anastasia at the hanging tree in the Otherworld. Now Kalona is taking over for Dragon and Neferet has brought back the Evil Red Fledglings into the HON, which causes more confutation with Stevie Ray and her human/ Raven boyfriend ( his father has forgiven him for turning onto the Goddess's good side). Now I am just babbling on about different parts of the book. Just pick it up and read it, I couldn't put it down at all.

Not bad. Still very interested in the series. Predictable, but still entertaining. I look forward to seeing how everything washes out in the end. The new twists are very intriguing! Can't wait.

Parental alert: sex, underage drinking, foul language and truancy.

It had been so long since I read the last book in this series, I was a little lost when I started it and put it down several times before finally getting in to it. I needed a little brain cleansing from the series I have been following that cause me withdrawal when the book ends. So this YA series is just the ticket for a simple easy story line (as long as you've read the series). Zoey, once again can't catch a break from Neferet, it seems this story line as been set on repeat. We just keep changing the side villians and the setting. But all in all I like the series, I like Zoey's nerd herd, and I want them all to find their HEA. There are a few new suprises in this one that might lead to some interesting story lines. Without giving too much away, it looks like things are looking good for the nerd herd, new beginnings for the future. But evil never truly gives up right? If you want something to pass the time and cleanse your brain with an easy read, the House of Night series is it. Can't wait to see what happens next.
