Full detox plan simple enough to use at home. Includes schedule, exercises, recipes for both beauty treatments and meals that will help with detox (broken down into a shopping list to use beforehand) and cleansing.
This is a good book for those who are just learning about Detox, it's purpose, and how to do it at its best and get the most results. Lots of colorful photos, Lots of recipes that are good for detox, including information about what to do after too much alcohol consumption, etc. My favorite section is the the bath and body section where it explains how to have a detox bath (very nice if you do it!). It also goes through a schedule where if you want a weekend to yourself to just detox, it gives you an itinerary to follow and how to get the most of that time to your self and cleansing. Very helpful if you are beginning to learn about detox and how to use it to de-stress or simplify your life. I would imagine that this book may be a bit boring for those who have been making detox a part of of their regular lives as it probably doesn't have a lot of new information for someone more experienced/advanced in this subject.
