Are you a fan of fantasy? Well, give a look at this book. In ancient China lives a young apothecary's apprentice. Good hearted and wise, he wishes for more of a life than is allowed to him as a poor man and an orphan. But one strange day, he meets two beautiful women, and his life changes in ways he could never have imagined!

Imagine...from poverty to wealth, from being a nobody to being famous, from being alone to being the husband of two gorgeous women. There's a catch, of course. His wives are not what they seem to be, which leads to more problems than he could even dream of. (When you marry a couple of serpent demons, things do tend to change!)

This book is a lot of fun, and written about the myths and legends of a society that isn't commonly followed in contemporary fantasy. Read and enjoy!

How could he know that his loving and beloved
Mei Ling and Meilan were really spirit-demons? or that the great snake that come to his aid was really Mei Ling in her natural form?
