While I'm tooting my own horn, I did a blog during PBS 8th anniversary week; I was one of 8 people invited to write about books that meant a lot to me.  But I'm getting old (55) and my memory is faulty, or time slips in strange ways.

Thanks Vicky - I could almost wish......I just had the annual mammo and it's normal and then I had my bone density scan and it's normal - hallelujah! My last labs were all great; eyes are healthy; teeth good (see? all those appointments!) - but the WRINKLES!!!!! Where are they all coming from????? Egads, all I have to do is look in the mirror and it's a scary sight, I tell ya. I remember 10 years ago when my granddaughter was 4, she asked me to please not get old and I've been trying - for all the good it does.......
