I posted a book today and it is not on my bookshelf or on wish list hold.  If I look it up in the search field it says it is on my bookshelf, but it's not.  I know there weren't any more in the system so it could be wanted by someone but why wouldn't it show up with the ! like those usually do?

I think someone has your book on autorequest. That takes about an hour to show up on your account after you post it.

OR .... if your bookshelf is sorted by author, and the book you are trying to find doesn't have an author, you won't be able to see it. Try listing your books on your bookshelf by Title. Or by "Date" "Descending". That will show the most recently posted on top.

I have this problem too with like 2 or 3 of my books I listed 2 weeks ago.  I wasn't worried becuase like you did I looked the book up and it said it was posted on my shelf.  Also If I go to my published book shelf its there.  However in my account its not there, and I've changed how the books are listed it makes no difference.  Its been two weeks so I know that its not on someones wishlist.  Does anyone else have anyother Ideas why this might be happening.

Also I tried to add these same books to my reminder list to see how many are in the system and they don't show up there either. 

It would help to know which books your are talking about.
