I selected this book because it was written by the same authors who wrote "First Break All the Rules," which is a wonderful book about how the best managers actually manage counter to management theory.

This particular book was an interesting read, but the important section on how to actually determine what your strengths are is on a separate website only usable with a code (one use per book) on the book's related website.

Without that information, the book is interesting, but not as helpful or informative as "First Break All the Rules."

In the vein of positive psychology, Strengths is not too shabby of a read. It is entertaining and not a slog-through read. You have to buy the book to get the ID number for the online test, otherwise, you'll have to guess your top five strengths.
