Is there not a discussion for History and Nonfiction?

Pat--

There are several forum categories of non-fiction, including Biographies & Memoirs, Travel, Science, True Crime, etc.  No history forums (though we'd love you to join us in Historical Fiction), but you can click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom and suggest History be added.

Cheers,

Catt

As many of the history books as I see WL'd I'm surprised there isn't a genre forum for it.  There are many books I have WL'd that have lots of other people waiting as well.  I'd support that suggestion.

I believe that there used to be a separate Genre discussion group for History, but it didn't get used and was therefore deleted.  Am I remembering correctly?

I sent a suggestion that it be added. They will add it to the list of things to consider when they do an upgrade.

I wondered if maybe it had been a group but didn't get much discussion.

Where do you discuss books that don't fit into the catagories given? For example, if I wanted to talk about the book Undaunted Courage.

Pat--

Some folks use "Hidden Gems" or "Club Members' Thoughts" for book discussions.

At the Historical Fiction forums, discussions range from fiction to non-fiction. The thread subject usually clarifies.

Great forum, come check it out and see what you think.
