I am not sure if i am doing this right.  How do you add the cute little blinking sayings at the bottom of your forum thread?

If you look at mannythepoolshark's profile (you can find her profile by using the member directory), she has a tutorial for blinkies and avatars... I believe it's in the second notebook entry.
