This is a great book for all scuba divers, from the freshly-certified novice to the master diver. It provides in-depth looks into actual diving accidents -- what went wrong and what could have been done to prevent them.

My only reason for not giving this book 5 stars is that it is only slightly more readable than a college textbook. Much could have been done in the way of story-telling.

Even so, it is an easy read and serves as an all-important reminder to divers of all skill levels that complacency and inattention in scuba diving can kill.
