A Doll's House - Drama Classics
Author: Henrik Ibsen
That is like a woman! But seriously, Nora, you know what I think about that. No debt, no borrowing. There can be no freedom or beauty about a home life that depends on borrowing and debt. We two have kept bravely on the straight road so far, and we will go on the same way for the short time longer that there need be any struggle.

A Doll's House was a fast read and I really liked that. The central theme of the play is about the role of woman in a pre-nineteenth century society and it focuses mainly around the character Nora as she struggles to find her identity and how she goes behind the back of her husband to do what she thinks is right. I read it a while ago but it was one of the best plays I have ever read.
