I work for a Head Start program, and we give books to the children monthly for turning in their activity calendars.  We are seeking donations of childrens books in good shape to give to our families.  Is it possible to get donations from other members?

Actually, no, you cannot solicit free books on the site in any of the forums (you can ask for DEALS in the Book Bazaar, but not free stuff). You can look to get your school added to the donation program of the site, go to Community -> Donations -> School Donation Program and look for the link to get a school signed up, but that would be donated to the school so I don't know if that would work for your program.
