I don't like that I can't get a answer to my questions like before.

I want to know about my credits , if I am getting the correct amount for audio books and now there is a list of questions with answers and it is not one of them. I use to be able to contact the libraran and get an personal answer. I miss that

On your "My Account" tab, there is a "Credit Registry" that you can click -it's near the right hand side- and it will spell out where every credit went and every credit gained.

I get a personal response when I write. It usually takes a day or two, though.

And I only write when I really can't figure the answer out, sometimes months go by and PBS doesn't hear from me. Lately with the rash of books not marked received, they've gotten at least 3 messages from me though.

You can always use the Live Help feature under the Help Center tab - that'll get your message to a real live person who is online - like me!  That's what Tour Guides are here for.
