It was a simple assignment. All Chris Hudson had to do was accompany a coffin to Daytona Beacn. Now the darn thing was missing. Max Decker, a private investigator, knew something was fishy, so he offered to take her case. Neither one knew this might lead to something dangerous. His most important job seemed to be keeping Chris, and then Jess who be came her partner in crime, out of trouble.
