Hiya,

is anyone else in love with these?  I love to use them. I have almost 2 bankers boxes full of these. my Kids love to read them like regular books. they get rather incensed if we get any that have been partially colored. I will admit I color them myself when they are done reading them.

What is your Favorite subject, title, author/artist, and Publisher?

I am always looking for new ones and would love to hear your recommendations and suggestions.

I also like Ruth Heller, Bellerophon and to a lesser degree spirizzi.

No replies? I would like to know as well. I bought several just based on the description. The cat one was not that great to color.  We did like lizards (or was it reptiles) and another one that had dragons. I just found a good price on Prismacolor colored pencils and so we want some more coloring books.

Well I only know of the Dover ones until I joined Ladystyx's game and found out there are several others out there.   But I've used dover for years, ever since I found them at  a hs conference.  I use them for almost any teaching, especially since we do alot of notebooking.  And each year I also  get one for the kids based on their interests and that is their art project for the year.  It has been a great way for me to see their progress using different techniques and medias.
