wonderful little reference guide that is handy to carry with you.
This is the perfect companion to figure those carbs for you. Atkins lists page after page of NOTHING BUT CARBS! Especially appealing: it's handy to take with you to restaurants and the grocery store. I carried it with me when I went out to eat and was able to select wisely from the menus rather than having to guess what I was ordering/eating. This is worth it!
