I haven't read a bad Fern Michaels book yet.

Two heartwarming stories in one...PAINT ME RAINBOWS is a story about a jilted bride who takes off to find a new life and finds a handsome, artistic attorney who becomes more than she bargained for. WHISPER MY NAME is the story of a photographer/artist who gains control of a publishing company via an old friend's final will. But that alienates her from the one man she's fallen in love with--the publishing company's new president. Both stories move quickly and are enjoyable.

Two short novels, early Fern Michaels. I enjoyed them, but found the "Me Tarzan, You Jane" mentality very dated. I wanted to deck the heroes and wondered why the virginal heroines swooned over them.
