Charles De Lint brought me around to the "fantasy" style of writing. I had never once found myself interested in a fantasy novel before him. Since then, I find myself scooping up every single book I've found by him.

This particular novel is a wonderful collection of short stories, incorporating favorite Newford characters we've all come to know and love. Good for a quick read or a quick fix on a long day.
